The stage 4 Quebec City criterium covered the 2 km course with 35 laps, making for a total of 70km on Saturday. The team worked to control the race allowing Tvetcov to stay safely near the front the whole race. Covering moves, and keeping gaps manageable meant that the team was able to ensure a solid finish for not just Tvetcov, but also Gavin Mannion. The finished 12th and 14th respectively, allowing Tvetcov to hold onto the yellow jersey and maintain his 20s lead over Adam Roberge (Silber).
In addition to the yellow jersey, Tvetcov also holds the white points jersey.
