UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling win team GC
Rally Cycling’s Sara Poidevin won the day and the overall.
“I love the course and we had the numbers, but Sara was the fastest on the day,” Wiles said. “When I climbed Moonstone two years ago, I remember being in so much pain, so I knew going into today it was going to be hard, but I liked it and it was great.”
After two days at the Colorado Classic, UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling finished first in the team GC showing a consistent display of depth and talent.
“It was great to have a women’s race as part of the new Colorado Classic,” team director Rachel Heal said. “the short races made for exciting stages. Today, although short, was a very hard stage. We had a great day with for riders making the initial selection of 12. Tayler finished off strong in second with hats off to Poidevin for an incredible ride.
“I would love to see more stages next year, but it was a great start,” Heal added.
